Terms of Service

This Terms of Service is an agreement between you and Payvps. Payvps is committed to providing reliable services and ensuring that all customers can use our resources reasonably and fairly through the following terms.

Payvps may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time without prior notice.

You are advised to check this page regularly for the latest terms.

Billing & Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Payvps supports conditional refunds provided you meet the following conditions:

  • Pre-sale & Special Products: Refunds are limited to the Standard Servers VPS series. Promotional products, special offers, and Dedicated Physical Servers are not eligible.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds without reason are not supported. Only accepted in cases of abnormal issues or failures caused by Payvps.
  • Refund Methods:
    • Original Method: ONLY for orders paid via Alipay or WeChat Pay.
    • Account Balance: For Bank Transfer or Stripe (Credit Card).
  • Cancellation: Clicking "Cancel Service" only stops the next invoice; it does not trigger an automatic refund. Open a Support Ticket for eligible products.

Billing Rules

The system automatically generates an invoice 15 days prior to expiration. Rules for overdue invoices:

Relevant services are suspended.

Overdue by 7 days

Service is terminated.

Cancellation Notice

Must be completed through the form in the Client Center. Does not imply automatic refund. If a VPS is cancelled but doesn't meet refund conditions, a fee of 50 CNY applies to recreate the service.

Affiliate & Membership

Our affiliate (AFF) system is currently open. Please submit your application through the client area.

Commercial terms

Pricing Policy

Price Adjustments
Payvps reserves the right to adjust prices in the next billing cycle if costs rise (licenses, energy, venue, labor, taxes, etc.).
Currency
All prices are in CNY. Payvps may adjust the currency unit after notice.
New Orders
Prices and offers apply only to New Orders and are non-transferable.

* We do not guarantee access to Mainland China, Netflix, Disney+, etc. from data center IPs.

Account Changes: Resale prohibited. Official transfers via ticket (Fee: 10 CNY/time).

Service scope

Support & Liability

Overseas services are unmanaged. Payvps guarantees only default OS installation.

Not responsible for downtime caused by OS configuration errors.

Data responsibility

Backups & Data Loss

Use of the service is at your own risk. Payvps is not responsible for data loss.

Please perform offline or off-site backups yourself.

Acceptable use

Abuse & Compliance Policy

Account Security: Personal use only. Multiple accounts prohibited.

Prohibited Uses

  • Crypto mining
  • Child Pornography
  • Copyright infringement
  • Viruses, Malware
  • Terrorist activities
  • Spam / Phishing
  • TOR Nodes
  • Port Scanning
  • DDoS / DoS attacks

OS Restrictions: No private Windows installation on non-Windows VPS plans.

Resource Usage Rules

Disk IO
Sustained high IO occupancy is prohibited.
Bandwidth
Sustained >1Gbps for >1 hour or frequent port saturation is not allowed.
CPU
KVM VPS day average <30% (brief 100% peak 1h/day allowed). VDS/Dedicated have dedicated resources.

Service details

Product Description

No SLA guaranteed. We may switch to backup models or migrate regions in extreme cases. Compensation is provided as usage time.

Network
Non-China Optimized Models do not guarantee network quality to Mainland China.
Traffic
Calculated bidirectionally. Resets at 00:00 on the 1st of every month. Unused traffic does not roll over.
Storage
RAID supported by default for basic redundancy. Please back up your data.
Fines
If an IP receives a complaint (Spam, Brute Force, Copyright), a fine of 150 CNY must be paid to restore service.
